Vaiga's Oottupura — Restaurant in Kerala

Ordered curdrise today in the morning around 10 am and the staff told me it will be ready at 11.30 am. They told me to wait if I wish until the fresh curdrise will be ready. They called me at 11.00am as if the curdrise was ready, so I took parcel from them and left the Lulu Mall. I ask all people who would eat in this place to be careful with this cheater eatery because they gave me curdrise from other place which was sour and with a little bit bitter taste when I tried it at home. The staff of Ootupura simply bought the 70Rs curdrise from some street vendors and sold to me for 130 Rs. The food was not from usually made curdrise in Ootupura. I am a regular customer of this eatery and today they cheated me to my shocking surprise. I hope some vigilant customers will catch them red-handed when they try to replace their original food when you order with the cheap and tasteless food from the street stalls. Great jini Dosa. Wonderful tea. Yet 3 stars for below reason.

I ordered jini Dosa. Waitress: Would you like to have tea? Me: I will take after having Dosa. W: Shall I bill now along with dosa? Me: Yes, you may. But, I will take tea after dosa.

5 minutes waiting time ( absolutely fine) and food is ready. I see tea is kept with Dosa. I said I wanted tea after having dosa and she seemed to have forgotten what we discussed.

Nevertheless, I thought I will take tea along with dosa. But, she said, they shall serve after me having Dosa. Till this point, everything fine.

After finishing Dosa, I go to take tea. The same tea which was served 15 minutes back was served without heating. I felt so miserable that they did not have the courtesy to heat the tea. Its a simple thing. But, you should train the staffs to not take customers...

Behaviour owner of shop not favourable towards customer, I ordered 2 masala dosa and came to my table I relised tht I reqd only one dosa and in place of second dosa I want four cup tea, immediately I went to counter and told the shopkeeper he denied , said yr order is being prepared I told right nw my order is not prepared so how u say.. Finally he denied. 2nd they serve in sambhar and chutny in tea cup tht doesn't suit, and sambhar nariyal chutney bogus.. In plate no tissue paper provided, u go counter and ask thn he will give..
