Ccd is a brand and they are providing delicious food with excellent staff service. You may think about coming again if you wish to taste a particular kind of cuisine. 4 star: Excellent. Delicious food, positive atmosphere, helpful staff, and brilliant service. The price is bit too much for a sub and they didnt stuffed much of filling inside it , i had ordered spinach corn and cheese sub and devils own is my favourite but little disappointed as they had peanuts like choco shavings on top. The other cold coffee delights are good 🙁😄😎 but if they improve i am sure they will get more customers. Apart from that the sitting arrangement is very close to each other , you can eavesdrop 😃😂very effectively. They have their own app , so you get points as coffee beans point , use it on next order. I ordered 2 chocolate cappuccinos and 2 vanilla caparccinos along with other items.

1. I was told precisely that the cost of samosas was per plate which included 2 samosas in one plate. They charged me for. 4 samosas

2. the charged 3 units worth of 854 bucks without any mention of what it is. When asked they mentioned its for the toppings. When asked for it in the menu, they didn have it. They mentioned its in system. When I saw the system, they charged me for the entire chocochip drink in the name of the chocolate topping. So technically my coffee was for 150 bucks and the topping was for around 300 bucks. Plus there was 2 chocolate coffees and the bill showed 3 items.

Extremely Disappointed – Unhygienic and Unacceptable Experience.

I visited sited Cafe Coffee Day yesterday and had a shocking and highly unpleasant experience. I ordered Darjeeling tea, and to my utter disgust, I found a cockroach inside the cup. Unfortunately, I had already taken a few sips before noticing it.

Soon after, I started feeling unwell and experienced symptoms of food poisoning. This is completely unacceptable from an established brand like CCD, which is expected to maintain basic hygiene and food safety standards.

I strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously, conduct a thorough inspection of the premises, and ensure such incidents do not happen again. Customers deserve a clean and safe environment – this experience was not only disappointing but also a serious health hazard.
