Recently visited this Mani square branch of Haka. Located at the top floor of Mani Square mall. I tried the weekday lunch buffet which is priced 478 per person also you can add unlimited mocktails to your lunch buffet at just rupees 50💸 . Which is a great deal and at very reasonable price the quantity and quality they serve is amazing. 🔻Ambience : This place is quite large and has a comfortable sitting arrangement, giving Chinese vibes with pictures,posters in Chinese pasted all over with simple decor . 🔻Food : I was firstly not very sure of opting for a completely Chinese buffet option as I thought there won't be much variety but to my surprise there were plenty of items and the quality they have maintained starting from starters to main course to desert is commendable. Most of the time I have experienced the restaurants focus more on their starters and deserts in buffet and completely ignore the main course but here it was different. I was as always full having too much of starters but I wanted to try more and more main course items as even the simple veg noodles were so tasty along with the fish and chicken items. 🔻There were Soup, Salads, 4 kind of starters, two rice items 🍚 two kind of noodles and three different main course consisting veg, chicken and fish. In the desert there were four kind of ice creams 🍨 with 4 more dessert options. I had something,I can't really recall the name but it tasted kind of a baked sandesh and it was one of the tastiest desserts I have ever tried. 🔻Staff : I have first time seen in a buffet the staff serve everything at your table if you want them to and they are always concerned,always taking good care if their customers want anything,if they are enjoying the food or not. They were very quickly filling items in the buffet section so that they serve only hot and fresh food. Would love to visit again soon.

Being a Chinese cuisine lover this place was always been in my bucket list . Finally decided to visit the Mani Square branch of Haka . As we visited on weekend the buffet menu was for 625+Gst . The menu includes different types of Chinese starters and Main Course. Few points I would like to mention: 1) The chicken in the starter is not boneless so it's really irritating to consume . 2) Chicken Shumai and fish starter are worth eating. The chicken soup was quite good . On buffet section you'll find two kinds of dip , eat the shumai with it . 3) Veg wonton is not at all upto the mark . 4) Main Course is totally bland , not a single dish stands out . 5) The fried rice is totally bland but has a lot of oill in it !! 6) Noodles was average . 7) Chilli Chicken with watery consistency gravy , prawns were still worth eating. 8) Well , Dessert was really good ! Both the brownie and coconut pastry were great. Darshan was also tasty . 9) 4 kinds of ice creams were there - Mango , vanilla , butter scotch, chocolate. One thing I would like to mention they will ask you for your feedback and if you want to customise anything you can do so. But frankly speaking the whole main course was so bland that I was hesitating to tell them to customise each dish for me. One or two dish can be customised but how can I tell them to customise 4 to 5 dishes. The X factor is totally missing in the main course. Giving , 1 star , for Good Ambience 1 star , for Staff behaviour 1 star , for the tasty desert and Fish starter Deducting , 1 star , for less staffs and poor communication regarding service between them ( They have a major communication gap between them so you have to ask them to provide you each starter , just same as we ask for more biriyani at any Biyebari ) 1 star , for totally bland main course For a try out you can visit Haka , but don't expect the authentic Chinese taste . If you've visited authentic Chinese restaurant, this place may disappoint you.

Pathetic experience!!! We chose Haka -mani square for our Christmas lunch on 25th Dec , 2020, since we got to see so many good reviews about this restaurant . 1stly starting with it was a buffet of Rs. 709 inclusive of tax. AND NOT 495 + tax. Here goes the details : 1. We were charged 221 for 3 glass of coke (mixed with water ) plus tax. 2. A bottle of mineral water was charged Rs. 90 + tax. 3. Starter : non -veg prawn ( good( , chicken soup( tasty ) ,fried momo ( not steamed ) , chicken drumstick were served. Veg : Since my sister opted for veg, She literally had to wait for 30mins , for veg starters.after 30 mins they served her 1. Tomato soup ( not so good ) 2. Baby corn ( it was hard and with NO any taste ) 3. honey chilli Potato kind of ( it was cold , hence dead in taste ) 4. NOW THE MAIN COURSES : oh God why those items were even there. . For vegetarians there was nothing. Not even rice (there also my sister had to wait for 15 mins ,to get served with veg fried rice ) . There was some corn curry , sorted vegetables . And that's itttt. For non veg : the masturd fish is a overhyped item . Doesn't go well with 'basa' fish . We couldn't eat that. The MEAT RICE is actually very very good. I loved it . There was shrimp in basil sauce , Nothg extra ordinary in taste . The lamb and the chicken was so basic in taste. Main course is a completeeee disappointment. considering the buffet price which is rs. 708. The only thing we totally liked is the deserts, although we felt they could have added any mithai ( since the buffet is of rs. 708 ) Overall the stuff behaviour & the ambience was good. No complaints against that . But the food is pathetically bad. We definitely NOT gonna visit the restaurant EVER IN LIFE & neither gonna recommend this restaurant to any one . Thank you.!

The snack spread in the buffet will spoil you for choices. From Steamed Chicken Dumplings to Prawn Siu Mai, you will be treated in the truest food- way. This eatery is worth a shot and is quite pocket-friendly.

A nice Chinese restaurant with quality food and cozy ambience. We tried their buffet (₹495+taxes per person) which was quite good. They will serve the starters on your table or you can get it on your own from the counter. Next up, the main course consists of various dishes which are very delicious. Their desserts are also nice. The behaviour of the staffs is very nice. You can check out this place with your family or friends. Overall service is very satisfactory. GRAND BUFFET FESTIVAL MENU @495/ + GST.
