OYO 10367 Hotel Studio 6 — Hotel in Bidhannagar

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any hotel in the city :

RESERVATION I have booked it through the oyo application where the amount shows INR 1920 for two days of stay, but after arriving there they asked more money as they were claiming the tariff is INR 4880 for two days.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT : I have contacted the oyo customer support regarding that issue and they referred me another hotel nearby , I had another appointment and I had stay there by paying an additional amount.

ROOM EXPERIENCE: room was quite big but wasn't really clean enough , there was really less amenities, not dining table or drinking glass

TOILETRIES:

as the room was big and so the toilet, Most of the time no water, no toilet amenities, not hot water facility, and also very dirty

SERVICE ETIQUETTE:

staffs are not friendly, they were arguing among themselves at arou3 am in the morning so loud noise.

DINING OPTIONS: they don't have any restaurants, but they have only room service which takes almost an hour to arrive in your room , and also cold foods been served. The prices of the foods are as high as a five star hotel.

CONCLUSION:

we stayed 2 days , they never come to clean the room , They don't allow outside food and beverage And also staffs behavior is not friendly.

So, not...

Firstly when we checked in at the hotel the guy at the reception informed us that outside food is not allowed. Which is at most of the places but everyplace they let us order food off swiggy or Zomato. But these guys strictly asked us order stuff from them for exorbitant prices. Secondly the reception forgot to give us our is proofs back after taking copies of the same, they would have forgot to return them if I hadn’t have asked for it. Thirdly immediately after the meal was given the receptionist called and asked us to clear the Payne for the food that time itself when I clearly said that I’ll pay the amount in the morning. Then we were asked what time we will check out and accordingly I informed them that we’ll check out by 12 but the receptionist said that we have to check out at 11 whatsoever. Even after the oyo assistant told them to allow us to stay if the rooms were available, still sharp at 11 in the morning we were asked to leave the property and had to vacate in a hurry. I’d strongly recommend that you don’t stay at this place due to the unprofessional behaviour and really really bad behaviour...

It was a useless stay, room was not cleaned condoms packet was thrown under the bed,worst hotel ever stayed,I recommend none to go there even though if u have booked a hotel named studio 6 please cancel it and go for other hotels, I was charged around (1065+267)total 1325/- discount of 7 rupees ,the extra charge 267 was because of my early entry to hotel 30 % of the hotel charge ,nor the bed sheet was clean hair all over the bed, It was a embarrassing moment this particular hotel is not for a family stay , it's a request to everyone please do not check in this hotel. Hotel staff go and check it out a cigarette packet placed in a balcony and a cap of an alcohol bottle as well as the packet of condom which is thrown under the bed disgusting...
