I had an extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience at Chai Break Café. I was served green noodles that contained a cockroach in them, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and food safety standards at this establishment.

When I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, the manager had no explanation or apology to offer. Even more disturbing was the fact that none of the kitchen staff were wearing gloves or hair caps, which further highlights the lack of basic hygiene protocols being followed.

This place is quite brilliant. Inspite being simplistic in appearance, it more than lives up to it's expectations. The people going there won't be disappointed about what they are looking for and it definitely is a nice place to relax as well. If I am asked my personal rating, it would rank quite highly amongst all such places I have ever been to and I think that will be permanent no matter how many such places I visit.
