The look from a throughway cab was tempting. Last Saturday I made up my mind. I'd have a veg extravaganza pizza from Dominos. I set out.
Looking up the stairs to the first floor entry dampened my spirits right there. Reached that far, I decided to climb up.
The look from outside the glass door told me, I'm unlikely to eat here. Still I pushed in.
The cleanliness, the decor, the tables, the floor, the walls, the energy and body language among those at delivery counters all put together gets summed up in one word - lousy.
It falls on its face to give me the vibe of a modern eatery, one that must usher a predominantly young crowd and present a happy atmosphere. It looked like a railway canteen.
Nobody cared to ask me if I wanted anything. Nobody looked to care for anybody there. Everybody looked like taken by their own souls.
The pick up delivery boys were chattering at the left inside corner. The few customers who cared not too much of an experience rumbled their orders in. One was pointing out of food billed and not delivered. Response came in dry filling the blanks, no air of a sorry.
I still mustered my remaining will to find my chosen pizza on some menu card. It wasn't there. I asked a lady inside. A couple of times. She was thinking something. She would have asked me for what I asked for after the shop closed.
I walked out and away. I'd not go to this BT Road South Sinthi Dominos another time. Sorry. They were a wee bit beyond disappointing. They were depressing.
NB: Ignore my food rating above. I did not eat. I had to...
Read moreWorst Domino’s Outlet in Kolkata – Unprofessional Manager (Krishna Sammadar) at Sinthi More
As someone who frequently orders from Domino’s, I’ve come to expect a certain standard of service. Unfortunately, the Sinthi More outlet in Kolkata stands out as the worst Domino’s I’ve ever visited.
The experience was marred by blatantly unprofessional behavior from the manager himself, Krishna Sammadar. Instead of addressing a basic concern with courtesy, he was arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service skills. When the manager behaves this way, it sets a terrible example for the rest of the staff—and it shows.
The environment felt disorganized, the staff were indifferent, and there was no accountability or willingness to listen to feedback. It’s shocking that a brand like Domino’s would allow such poor leadership at one of its outlets.
Domino’s India should seriously reconsider who they put in charge of their stores, because customer trust is built not just on food quality, but on how people are treated. This outlet fails on both counts.
Avoid this branch if you value your time, money,...
Read moreThis store including its stuff and manager are most unprofessional, arrogant and useless folks i have ever encountered in any dominos store. Being a loyal foodie of dominos i faced lot of harrasment not once but twice from this store.
On 23.3.2019 I have odered and paid the full amount (643 INR) via the app.. The manager over call denied to provide the order stating it is out of delivery area, which is a complete lie. Earlier many times they server here and my home is within 3 k.m from the store. There is no update in the app as well.
The manager is having complete don't care attitude and he doesn't have courtesy to call and update about the whole situation.
They always try to hide by giving excuse of policies. Not only the quality of doinos detoriated and stock price of Jubiliant shattered, the moral and ethics has lost of this company.
I am calling multiple times for update but no help from either customer support or from store.
First they failed to serve the customer, they continue the harassment.
Shame on you Jubiliant Foodork, lost complete trust. Bunch...
