Eagle Bites Pizza — Restaurant in Kolkata

Australia's Most Favourite Pizza become our favourite too when we tried Eagle Boys Pizza for the first time. When talking about pizzas we can only think of Dominos and Pizza Hut. This two International pizza giant brands has taken our city with lots of branches in every corner of Kolkata. So lets see how a single branch of Eagle Boys compete this pizza kings…

By seeing the photos on Zomato this place looks very big but in real it isn’t so. They’ve managed nice bright sittings thanks to its location facing Bypass highway. Talking about ambiance I like their Pink coloured theme and all those colourful pictures. Its nice, clean and modern like every other pizza restaurant. Willing to have their pizza at home? they deliver it too by their courteous staffs.

Enough said, now taste their pizzas. We choose best of the best items from their menu…

Starters… Cheesy Garlic Scroll @ Rs.90 (4.5/5) : Simplest yet the most tasty starter of the day. Bread roll with string cheese inside and a mild flavour of garlic, all together baked to level perfection that made it taste just excellent.

Keema Chicken Garlic Bread @ Rs.160 (4/5) : A fusion dish from Italian Garlic Bread on top Indian Chicken Keema with Indian spices and a layer of cheese on top of everything. Cheese with Indian Keema & spices tasted totally new.

Pizzas treat… Chicken Mexicana 10" @ Rs.620 (3.5/5) : This pizza was really really colourful that looked like a volcano planet from distance. This red hot pizza was topped with Spicy Chicken, Jalapeno, Tomato, Onion, Red Paprika, Mexican spices, Hot sauces and all of its hotness melted the cheese inside of the crust.

Chicken Feast Pizza 10" @ Rs.620 (4.25/5) : Its their top of the line Pizza with Chef’s Choice tag on it. This pizza was heavenly treated with lots of BBQ Chicken, Spicy Chicken, Chunky Chicken along with onion, black olives and mushroom. Undoubtedly this pizza tasted just awesome with their speciality Cheesy Blast base with cheese rolls on the edge of the crust. It became one of my favourite pizza at Eagle Boys.

Garlic Prawn Pizza @ Rs.590 (4/5) : This was the most unique pizza of the day and the most balanced pizza overall. This pizza looked just amazing with final touch of coriander leaves and lemon. Talking about toppings there was obviously prawns, garlic, onion, capsicum and red paprika. It was based on their Deep Dish base and it tasted wonderful too.

Desserts… Triple Chocolate Sweetzza @ Rs.150 (4.25/5) : If you’ve seen it in pictures then maybe your mouth has already started dipping water. And if you’re chocolate lover then your craving already become 100 times more for sure. It simply looks delicious and the way they garnish it makes it much more wanted than anything else. Its crispy base with heavenly chocolate sauce and choco-chips, a perfect dessert doesn’t exists except this.

Pricing : Their pricing is bit higher than competitor Dominos. For example comparing medium size pizzas from Simply Non-Veg to Premium Non-Veg Pizzas segment at both places…

Eagle Boyz Pizza is located near Vip Market ..10 min walking from Ruby hospital.

This place have been making quite a buzz since its establishment which specializes in American ,Italian Pizzas and Pastas. Not only this they also serve some mouthwatering finger food items also. From 1st Oct 2k19 they lunched new range of burgers as well.We have got so many places delivering and providing pizzas but with Burgers is cherry on the cake that completely satisfy my taste buds.

coming to the food i tried

~Chicken French Fries - this is a perfect finger food to go before any meal with some gossip with your friends or loved ones. Crunchy thin fried chicken sausage cut into pieces like french fries served with mouthwatering cheesy dip. Is was finger licking good.

~Mutton Burger - Bun then a layed of sliced cheese then a layer of letus and then comes the layer of thick juicy mutton patty with mayos ..!! A perfect grilled burger which i will definitely try again..! taste awesome!

~Pepperoni Chicken Pizza - most of us think that pepperoni is a pork thing..bt Eagle boyz pizza have introduced this chicken pepperoni pizza..having loads of cheeeese with a soft base ,tastes heaven!!

~Smoked Chicken Pizza (Cheese Burst)- When it was served hot i found a big smile on my face seeing the cheese toping . it was fully covered with cheese ,only some black olives were visible..the smoked chicken itself got covered with cheese..looked mouthwatering nd taste just awesome..the cheese just melt in the mouth..

~Paneer Makkhani Pizza -While we are talking about the pizzas so on the other hand it truly was a surprise was the Vegetarian Pizza among the Non Vegetarians. Make no mistake this was a perfect vegetarian pizza with a softer bed of pizza loaded with Paneer, vegetables and Cheese. The paneer used were very fresh and you can certainly identify it when it goes inside your mouth.

~brownie - i ended my mean on a very happy and sweet note . i ordered a brownie which was was quite tempting and garnishing of the dish was very beautiful..! It has satisfied my sweet tooth and the chocolate sauce which was dizzled from the top in a zig zag manner made the dish more alluring and along with that it had powdered sugar and whicte choco chips on the top..that all together made the dish taste delicious.

Another Appreciable feature of this place is they serve every item at a very affordable rate ,compared to many other many othet pizza joints in kolkata. They have tied up with various delivery apps to serve you your choice of pizza ,burgers ,starters etc right at your doorsteps Over all The pizzas are quite good. I’m not saying EBP’s thick crusts are going to taste better than thin crust pizzas available at the Italian restaurants, but all I can say is its definitely worth a try. Do give them a visit, if you’re bored of the generic Pizza brands.

A few weeks ago I went to visit a not so new place in town. Very close to my house this is located near Tagore Park in Eastern Metropolitan Bypass. I have been there a couple of time previously and they have never disappointed me. So these time I was more than excited when we were invited by the authority and were being told to try some new additions to their menu. In the current situation, they are maintaining all the covid protocols that is absolutely necessary.

Eagle bites is basically known for their pizzas but wait a second we will get some delicious starter as well.

SPICY GARLIC SCROLL - We started with veg and the first thing we were presented was this unique item. Just as the name suggest, you feel the essence of garlic in every bite. A much better version than a normal garlic bread.

CHICKEN KEEMA GARLIC BREAD : Soon it was our time to jump over to the non veg section. One portion has got four big pieces of chicken keema infused garlic bread. The portion of chicken keema is sufficient and this one is recommended.

MASALA CHICKEN POPCORN : A classic starter which can never go wrong. This finger food was really delicious, felt like having a lot at one go.😀😀

Here comes the Main Course for which we all were waiting for.

VEG EXOTICA :- That was the first pizza I treid and i must say that their base is good. Not too thick that it will become soggy after a few minutes, at the same time not too thin and flat like papad. It has got an abundance of mushroom, brocolli, corn , capsicum and some others as well.

NON VEG EXOTICA : - This was the newcomer who stood first in class , yes that's how I would like to explain this item.😜😃 As the name suggest, this one was fully loaded both with veg toppings as well as chicken meatballs and chunky chicken pieces. RECOMMENDED.

CHICKEN TIKKA DELIGHT: The bread has got a proper crust, they have retained the softness like every other variant. Tender, flavourful and spicy chunks of delicious chicken pieces was loaded on top of cheese base. The onion and red paprika added an extra dimension .

PRAWN PASTA : This was cheesy and creamy and moreover when prawn is added to it, the combination can never go wrong. Personally I love having pastas and this one also didn't disappointed us at all. Meanwhile, we tried another variant of pizza named as CHICKEN DELIGHT PIZZA. It's almost an end to the long menu but then keep some space for the desserts. They suprised us with the cherry on the cake and that was TRIPLE CHOCOLATE SWEETZA. It was gooey with abundance of chocolate sauce and chocolate chips. Absolutely won my heart. RECOMMENDED. The staffs are all well trained. They asked for our valuable opinion once we were done tasting the food. This place is a really good option if you are a pizza lover. One can order anytime if they are avoiding dining at this...
