FnP Cakes n More, New Alipore (Block B) — Restaurant in Kolkata

Pathetic service by FNP! I ordered a cake for my birthday, paid ₹687 in total (including ₹99 delivery charges and ₹39 convenience fee). They promised delivery between 7 PM to 9 PM, but till now I haven’t received my order.

What’s the point of ordering a birthday cake if it comes after the celebration is over? Should I cut my cake after the party is finished? This is highly unprofessional and completely ruined my special day.

If FNP cannot deliver on time, they should not charge extra delivery and convenience fees. Very disappointing experience – I will never order from them again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience with FNP! I ordered a cake worth ₹600, and not only was it delayed in delivery, but when we finally cut the cake, we found it was expired and stale. Imagine receiving an expired cake on a special occasion – it completely spoiled the celebration.

If you can’t maintain basic quality standards and timely delivery, then what’s the point of charging customers? This is unacceptable, unhygienic, and highly unprofessional. I will never trust FNP again and strongly advise others...

This is the first time i am having to post a negative comment about this shop. I have always admired them of their punctuality and service quality but today i am thoroughly disappointed with their service. Firstly i was not delivered my cake on the scheduled time and it was one hour late and i had a tough time explaining the delivery person about my location. I had my guests waiting for an hour because of their unprofessional approach. I would request them to take a note of it and not promise customers a time slot in which they would not be able to deliver taking in consideration the huge congestion at the peak hours. I got a same day delivery money plant for my friend as a birthday gift . It was a disaster. I am bound to write it in open forum because the customer service refused to respond to my mails. This was the first time I ordered from FnP and my colleagues agreed that it was a disaster! Despite sharing videos n photos they refused to help. Offered me 20% discount in the next order! So that means you will supply damaged goods and make people to order more from your shop? The plant is dead…leaves are damaged! Money plant is a sign of good luck and prosperity n FnP ruined it! The pic does not match at all with the real product I received moreover they refused to help me rather they are asking me to place an order again???!!!?!???? IGP is far far better!...
