Its a nice place to hangout with friends. Staffs are familiar as I visit 3-4 times a week. They stopped serving my favourite Filter Coffee don't know why :( From tomorrow they will be serving Friendship Frappe to mark the celebrations of Friendship Day. That looks great. I usually spend an hour or so on my each visit and you can sit for as long you want they won't disturb you. Wifi seems to not work most of the time in case someone looking for a data hotspot. Seats are comfortable and it's always my go to place for some good coffee. Must try cafe frappe, classic chicken burger, inverted cappuccino.

We ordered for belgium hot chocolate we asked for hot chocolate aside but they said they don't have it that disappointed me a bit but other breads were fresh but I didn't even liked the taste of paneer tikka pizza sandwich as because I ordered for sandwich and they served me burger 😂

This CCD has a nice location. From the highway just take a turn and there it is located in a peaceful locality at the corner. Small but peaceful and nice ambience. Especially a savior in this humidity. Ordered a Devil's own, enjoyed it with music. Nice peaceful time spent. No noise inside or outside.

Just now I have visited this ccd outlet with my wife and the experience was horrible this not my first time of visiting ccd, the cashier named Sagorika was very rude to my wife, when my wife is giving order and said to the cashier politely make our order as per SOP the cashier give a rude face expression by saying what ever we make is good, she was very rude to my wife, and the most shocking thing is that the outlet doesn't have any online payment or card payment the cashier is telling my wife pay by cash only, this not make any sense that customer will pay cash transaction only, my question is if you guys have technical issues of payment then why not put a board outside that only cash payment available, we are coming to your outlet to eat and give you business and this kind of worst customer services you provided, if this kind of standards ccd have now then I will pray to God save the company by this kind of irresponsible employees who ruined the image...

Very bad experience. Staff recommend extras like strong coffee, extra cheese, chips and cleverly keep quite for extra price. Even after you say no they charge for the same and pretend that you actually placed the order: They also cleverly suggest that you sit and relax while they will get your bill on the table which they do to avoid your attention on extra charges. Unfortunately This was an experience with two other outlet of cafe coffee day earlier and that was the reason I could spot this immediately and confronted. The manager has an audacity that they will not charge for bill as it was pointed out strongly in front of entire crowd. Another...

We were 3 boys and ordered a few things. The bill (which we did not get) amounted to 835. We never got the 5 bucks back. When we asked for the bill they said that they would give it to us when we were eating. We never got it. After we finished eating we asked for the bill and they said that they threw it. Afterwards when we started arguing because we needed the bill, they said they would print it out. We got the bill eventually and it amounted to abt 745. One guy came us and gave us the change. They said that THEY DID NOT EVEN PRINT THE BILL!!!!WHAT!!!! HOW CAN THESE GUYS LIE TO US!?!? WOULD NEVER ADVISE YOU ALL TO GO TO...
