Overall my stay at the elegance was wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are very clean. The rooms may be small but they are excellent and the hotel itself is in a great location. I stayed at this hotel for two days.The room which was given to me very good.||Room was big and well decorated.Ac,wi-fi and t.v were working properly.Even||every staff was very help full.I am thankful To Akram(at the front office) who helped||me lots.Even i got late check out but did not charge any extra amount for it.Food was||really good.After all i am satisfied with this hotel...

We stayed at this hotel recently when we came to calcutta to attend a family wedding. We were surprised that we were not offered room keys. Additionally they also refused to give us access to lockers, saying that they don't offer lockers anymore to guest.||||The AC would take really long to cool and toilets were vey small. Wouldn't recommend this...
