Read more10min. After of our entering, one staff asked us to shift from the table to another, the same staff asked us again the same thing after few minutes And we changed 3 tables. Then we order a Margherita pizza and a masala soda by saw the picture of on the menu card, but after serving i saw that the pizza has toooo thin bread and in the pizza they add just the cheese and 4 slice of tomato, it's also tastes like Tomato poizza for tomato sauce or something. The picture of the pizza and the real one is not same, the pizza was crispy just like a papad and the masala soda also is not good. The cafe is too small just like a cabin and it's not cold inside, we have to talk in low voice for that small place. Also the staffs are not professional, their behaviour is too casual. And i don't like their behaviour because one staff just roaming around our table for 1min. And suddenly he removed my bag and helmet and was trying to find something on the table. Their music choice also not good. Map is also showing the wrong location, for that reason we've to search this place around 15min. And we asked a unknown guy on the road about this place for the direction and he just said 'don't go there, the place is not worthy' and surprisingly that's true. I'm totally disappointed. The pictures on the menu card they are all downloaded...
Read moreI got to know of this place through a blogger which though keeps me questioning their authenticity and bias. I am a big time foodie and had my fair share of roaming and munching throughout. Believe me I have not come across such a worthless and hopeless place in years.
Mismanagement at its height. Poor behavior. Worst seating arrangement. Street side stalls serve way better food than them.
We a group of two visited this place and ordered a coffee, a cold coffee, french fries, fish fry and a bbq chicken pizza.
Coffees served on train or Dharmatala chaa walas serve way better coffee than them. It was just hot water with an essence to me. We returned the cold coffee on the first sip only. Big chunks of ice cubes with negligible milk mixed water and coffee was served. Home made aalu bhaja is way better than their so called french fries. Pizza crust was just a thick papad with toppings. Moreover we were not served with the drinks at the same time. That so called cold coffee arrived after we finished all the appetizers.
We couldn't eat at night and had serious digestive issues. I don't know why they fool customers in such a way. To me, they dont know what quality food is. They are on a race to make food...
