On 21st oct, 2023, I along with 5 of my friends went there. Bill was Rs 2650/- & we wanted to pay using swiggy one as 20% discount was showing there. But the manager said this offer is not available during puja.During the conversation, I mentioned that I am a GST officer, Tollygunge Division posted in GST Bhawan. Clearly I was not asking for any extra favour and the conversation was normal. I just wanted a solid reason why we were refused to give the offer. Then we paid the full amount. When we were about to enter the lift I heard the manager saying a very disrespectful word uttering to his colleagues about my being GST officer without any provocation (আমাকে GST officer দ্যাখাচ্ছে, then he used a slang). When I confronted him , he said he was talking to his colleague. I have been most of the bars & restaurants in Kolkata & outside Kolkata. I have never come across these kind of rough & immature behaviour. I hope through this feedback , the authority will take proper action against its employee. Good reviews are mostly fake here. First of all ,their food is not at all fresh, secondly the clmbos and offers u see is nothing hood there.in reality they will only give one option of hookah flavours and no chouce in mocktail,food ,hokah if u take combo which is very shocking. 3rdly ,the manager is a disgusting and very bad mouthed man.4thly , they have no intention to satisfy customers with their service and retain customers.i don't know whether owner knows all these things or not and if not then I feel sad for the owner bcoz their manager, staffs run it very badly.And please dont take your family and kid there bcoz of bad food and the worst part is my 4 year old accidentally broken one glass which I checked online cost Rs.70 to 75 but they charged us a huge amount of Rs.200.So very shocking behaviour from their manager.I will suggest that if you coming there from far then please don't go ,it will be a waste of money, health, time...
