Very rarely do an outlet qualify for this honor . The covetted 1 star . Why ? Cheating customers by pulling a fast one is the easiest way to achieve it . How to do it ? When ypu dont have the required ingredients- still keep it “on “ on swiggy and then send ouut the order with whatever is available and quantity also does not matter ( I was lucky recipient of 1/4th of a normal portion) . Then that could be a mistake right? Complain to swiggy they will say sorry cant do anything other than offer a 175rs coupon for another purchase- original purchase was around 230 rupees . (Had ordered two salads but max return is only 175 ) . Tried calling to talk to a manger to see if it was a genuine mistake or a fast one , apparently manager not available, an owner perhaps - no sorry owners don’t talk to plebian customers 👍👍. Feeling completely cheated. FYI I am also a part of this industry and see everyday how hard people toil to ensure good products to customers and how mistakes happen and way they are handled . Who ever is running the place - not good man or lady . Cheating customers is never good karma . Just switch off that item if you dont have raw materials,...

I hv faced problem with this pump every time I hv drove in. I hv never taken a heed tonit and hv started avoiding this pump since. Today in the morning while driving down on my way to chandannagore though of giving this refulling station a go. I landed up with tyre pressure of 20 instead of 33 after paying for air (free). I had a doubt when my ture pressure clicked 38 and was brought down to 33. Reality was prove whenni hit express waynonnthe way to nh. Had to stop to get my ture pressure correct....

Very bad experience, just went for lunch today and the girls in the counter were quarlling very loud instead of giving attention to the coustomer, a little boy came form school and the one girl in veg section just told him that it will take time to serve, and the hungry kid from school had to wait even though there was no other coustomer,felt bad that time and thought about giving this review. Kindly look after the staffs behaviour. Otherwise i love haveing subway,but today...
