I ordered for bhoger khichuri along with aloo dum,payesh and papad but as I couldn't eat aloo today..the owner was very kind enough to give me more payesh.I am very thankful for the gesture to the kind lady owner but once i rated the food for not being good as it was not khichri and it was kind of masala bhaat.She got annoyed and messaged me stating that it would have been better if she dint take my request of switching aloo dum with extra payesh.. I ordered a meal of 600 rs from Khichdi Khichri via Swiggy at 12:45 pm, and estimated delivery time was 90 minutes. My Swiggy delivery partner arrived at 1:30 pm and was waiting at the location till 2.30pm as per the app. After speaking with Swiggy, they had no other option but to cancel as the delivery partner was told 10 more minutes, the same response given 4 times before. Such a bad and unprofessional response from this restaurant.
