KREAMZ — Restaurant in Kolkata

Tasted the chicken hot dog which was miserable. I never give 1 star to any place but honestly this chicken hot dog was too bad. I received it as a food package during a meeting so I tasted, but I myself will never go buy from this place. Charging a good amount but serving such low quality food is not expected. Please try to improve.

So RESPECTED SIR/MA'AM, please try to digest the fact that your food is bad, and try to improve the taste and quality instead of blaming others. Also, what an unprofessional way of responding 🙄. Bought a cake yesterday for my father's birthday,it was amazing...taste, texture, freshness and most importantly the behaviour of the person and the lady who helped me choose this cake as I was really very confused,they were very friendly and patient. Kreamz was always my favourite I'm so happy that finally they've opened a branch in new alipur. Will definitely try...

Had blackforest pastry it was hard and very bad quality. And i am posting this so that other people also know about the bad quality or I should say worst quality of food here. And the review are paid and family members and friends of the shop are reviewing....
