Please be very vigilant while dealing with this construction company.

Having purchased from them recently I can vouch for the following - Sweet talkers when it comes to initial dealings but extremely unprofessional when it comes to the getting the job done which they are getting paid to deliver. Uses extremely cheap quality material(My doors has mites and the cheapest quality of plywood on handover). As I had it changed, tried to buy off the cheap doors at extremely disgusting prices to be fitted in an upcoming project of theirs. Handed over apartment has problems with terrace which is not being looked into. Skips meetings with apartment residents when it comes to address those problems. Had problems with bathroom fittings in my apartment which they did not bother to get sorted. Just keeps postponing. Accepted payments for garages from residents. However, built one garage less which means two of the residents have to deal with who gets the garage even they both had paid for individually. Extremely unethical behaviour. The handover apartments were handed over dirty Fitted electrical wires are of poor quality which has the possibility of burnout. Google reviews of 5 stars provided by the construction company team themselves(way to toot their horn).

ishka flat kbhi bhi nhi kharide ye poor quality material use krta ha khud ka koi construction ka idea nhi hai contractor ke bato pr rhta hai.sirf ye apne paise ka use krta hai professionally koi idea nhi hai.

First time jb aap promoter se milenge tb ye aapko mithi mithi bato me phashayega or aapse bahut sari commitment krega phir aapko musibat me dal dega.

Ek flat maine bhi liya hai parnashree Kolkata (RAJ NIWAS) me ydi aapko dekhna hai to ek bar visit kr ke dekhiye sari sachai dikh jayegi.
