I tried the Masala Dosa, Idli, and Vada, and each dish was a masterclass in flavor and texture. The dosa was crispy and golden, served with a side of spicy sambar and coconut chutney. The idlis were soft and fluffy, and the vadas were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
