Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Kolkata

After completing our shopping on 05th Dec'21 at metro cash n carey myself and my spouse were starving, so we decided to have something and though wow momo was there we didn't think of any other option to Eat. Therefore we decided to have a pan fried momo and asked for it, the person who was taking te order asking me to taste the Schezwan pan fried we said we do not wanted it spicy although he insisted the same to have station we only five pepper,also we have been charged extra than what is mentioned on the price list.then the worst part started we jad the momo and returned home and my wife's stomach started paining I didn't feel the same initially, however in the morning I felt the same stomac aching very badly after taking meds also it is not becoming normal. Never expected this from wow momo to clear the existing stock they give te stake food, I am pretty sure the Schezwan momo was te stale one which is why the person sitting at the billing counter around 10 p.m at the counter convinced us to have it.. Unexpected quality received bad experience for the first time with WOW Momo. however my 1st ever worst experience...

I have ordered 3 items from them and when I reach home I saw one item missing worth INR150. While delivering the packet I was asked to show the bill and they checked the items. I'm not sure what they checked. When I tried to call them they were not receiving my call and declined my call multiple times. After trying multiple times they received my call and after listing to the issue that guy told me that I'm going to get a call instantly after disconnecting the call with him. It's been an hour and no one called me. And it's too far for me to go to the outlet and make a complaint for the same.

This is not at all acceptable from a brand like wow momo. Where if you want to cancel any item from your oder is not acceptable for them but they can deliver less items than they get paid for. Most honest and genuine review. If you ever visit Metro Cash and Carry never visit this wow mini franchise. First if all the staff here are highly unprofessional. They even burn fried momo. This store also lacks staff and anytime you visit there's a long que outside the store. The worst part is the staff behavior and their partiality. I had ordered two moburgs. After me was a lady who a had ordered a huge amount of food item. Before I received my order she received hers even after she came so late. When I told that why her order was given to her before me the restaurant staff argued and told that such things always happen. Wow momo is a great brand and provides quality food but such stores brings the name of the brand down. If want to buy food then try other franchises of wow momo and not this one. Other franchises...
