Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Kolkata

Had a very bad experience on my last visit. Me and my friend went to Wow! Momo to try their new Wowsome combo which includes 8pc momo + 2 momo pav+ 2 Pepsi for ₹199. As we were ordering, the staff told us that we should replace "the momo" with their new Chicken Cheese Fried Momo which was even better in taste and "quantity", and would be enough for 2 of us, and we are getting it in a low price so it's a good deal. On having doubts she somewhat confirmed that only the momos are being replaced and the other items would be same. So we agreed to order. On receiving the order, we realised we were scammed by the staff. We got only 5pc momo, instead of that entire combo, for ₹205! We went back to her and she still said that this was enough for 2 of us and we should try it. I don't know how that combo is equal to these 5pc momo. I don't think I'll ever go back to this place again or recommend anyone either. Never knew Wow! Momo staffs would scam...

Horrible customer service by the staff. The momos were stale and smelling, when informed they said it smells like that only.the girl on the cash counter didn't even know who to generate bill. communication was not very clear about the bill that after payment only they can provide a physical bill. While there were customers inside the outlet,the staffs were shouting and joking amoung themselves, even after telling them to turn the ac down as it was raining they didn't do. The inside part was freezing cold. No extra tissue paper was provided.wioo not visit this outlet again...

My all time favourite food joint. I'm big fan of pan fried momos, and they serve some of my favourite pan fried momos like corn and cheese , Darjeeling chicken, chicken and cheese.. all those are lovely. Even sometimes they serve also paneer pan fried. I have ordered all of them, and I can't just have enough of them.. tastes are too good.. ...
