I went this place to try out the snacks there and I tried out their inhouse snacks and my favourite from which I tried is their chicken puff and meat cutlet . It's so yummy and tomato muruk also I tried and in the cookies section the jackfruit cookies seems so variety and tasty too . They have much space there to sit and enjoy so clean and neat atmosphere and especially the staff behaviour is so good and appropriate that . They are so friendly and helpful .and they have restaurant facility also available there and must try in the next visit and what I felt a bit difficult is the parking there is no much parking space having only roadside parking and it's always fully covered . All the very best to team Thomson for the initiative and for the wonderful food and Ambience ❤️

I was convinced to buy christmas special Chocochip cake worth Rs 550 for 800grams. The manager was claiming that it is the best cake for christmas, even he himsef bought and tastes great. But unfortunately, that was the worst cake i ever ever had. Literally it was like sand or kinda some dough mixed together and served as a cake. That much hard and awful taste it had. Thomson management, do not try to fool customers just for the sake of selling your product by manipulating. It was utter waste to buy a cale for Rs 550 and of no use.

I have not been to the place by a group of my friends recently visited the place so this review is exclusively for the service. The service was extremely bad. The group had been meeting after a long time and they wanted to spent some time. The place was rather empty with no other customers. They were a bit loud in speaking and the people waiting the tables switched the fan off indicating the group to leave soon indirectly. Followed by that they insisted the group to pay the bill immediately again indirectly indicating them to leave soon! The group didn’t want to bring this up then and now so as avoid any conflicts. Alert to Everyone: Please Stay Away from Thomason foods

I want to share a couple of concerning experiences I’ve had. The first occurred in 2022 during a pre-wedding dinner. About four hours after the event, my entire family, including the kids, began experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. This lasted for three days, and we eventually had to consult a doctor.

The second incident happened just yesterday when I had tea and snacks from the Thomason Parumala branch. Unfortunately, the same issue has arisen again, and now the kids are starting to vomit as well.
