M Kins Bake & Cafe — Restaurant in Kozhencherry

This place is a gem in the Pathanamthitta district. The variety of delicacies they have is fabulous. The freshness & quality of any product is of very high international standards. The cleanliness in the place is top notch any time of the day we enter the place. The employer employee relation is something that every business needs to learn from. The respect they hold for each other speaks volumes of why the place is spectacular in every aspect. Quite flabbergasted by the extent of measures they have taken to maintain the place up to international standards from every angle. People often like to complain about the high prices such places charge but they never open their eyes to see the amount of investment they have done to keep the place spic and span & quality of products top notch.

Pick any product, it is of very high quality. We got to try the regular bakery products, fried chicken, pizza etc.,. Everything is made with so much care & attention to maintain high safety standards. The taste of the food is premium.

I’m shocked by the service provided in the last few months. The last time I bought chocolate brownies, the staff placed them in a small paper box, stacking them on top of each other, causing the chocolate to stick to the paper of the brownie on top.

Today, on 29th November, when I was at the shop, there were only five pieces of chocolate brownies left. I asked the staff to pack them, and he placed them in such a way that the chocolate part would have been completely ruined. When I asked about it, he said that’s how they usually pack them and that they can’t use a bigger box.

Please follow some basic principles of customer service. The service should be fair, as customers are paying for it, and it shouldn’t be based on convenience for the staff.

I have to admit the fact that M Kins have come a long way. From overkilling their products to a mature baker getting the tastes just right.

I've been a St. George Bakery loyal. However, this has changed since the last few times that I have visited Kozhencherry.

M Kins have been getting their tastes bang on, be it on their cakes or their bakes. During my last visit, their chocolate cake was so good that I picked up about a dozen of them to gift it to my friends in Bangalore.
