Of all the restaurant in PATHANAMTHITTA town , I would give high ratings to SHANTI KITCHENS as am content on TASTE , QUALITY , QUANTITY and PRICE as far as VEG is considered . Highly recommended. Please note I haven't tried their NON VEG so will not comment on that.

Earlier , had ordered VEG MEALS - Thrice and at all occasion the taste wasn't compromised , you can feel homely taste and its cheap unlike restaurant in the vicinity.

Ordered Today - MUSHROOM MASALA , ALOO MATTAR and PAROTHA, highly satisfied with the quality , True north Indian taste.

The place is located just behind Bus station and its near Gandhi Pratima Circle.

The Place is well lit in the night and looks attractive.

Parking might be a problem for 4 wheelers , as the Restaurant is on the road side , don't know if they have separate parking. However I didnt find any problems with parking as I had ordered for TAKE AWAY.

The restaurant has both AC and NON AC , charges differ , so select accordingly based on your budget , if you are with family - AC would be better else the NON AC personally I find it good as you can see live kitchen.

The Place is kept clean and couldn't find a place of unkept to report.

Staff their , Reception , Stewards and Cooks all are well behaved and treat you nicely with a smile.

They have good display of DAILY MENU at the entrance and it looks appealing and you will tempted to try - Nice marketing strategy.

Shanthi Restaurant, which is in the heart of the Pathanamthitta town is one of the good food spot which I visited . They have an open kitchen and I went there by late night and almost they were in closing but they welcomed us even if they were busy with the closing time as I said the kitchen is open one so we can see how they prepare the food and it seems so neat and clean . And the out door dining seems too hot as it's near to the kitchen so we took the AC dine in which is so spacious and good in ambience. I felt like it's completely a family space were we can chill with our friends and family and as I said we were so late so the items were about to finish and most of the items were finished . So I ordered Alfaham and thandoor Roti the food is so good and the alfaham is so soft and juicy and the roti also very good but need to improve in the case office Mayo as it didn't taste good and the most best thing here is the service .
