Horrible place! Just avoid! Happen to stop by last week day just for a cup of fresh tea! Despite multiple requests was served flask tea, and even after sharing concern same tea was served with extra sugar! The so called manager spoke big on customer satisfaction, but hardly understands what it even means and i ended up paying for a tea that i couldn't consume beyond a sip! Stopped by Hotel Saravanaa Bavaa during my KSRTC bus journey and was disappointed with the experience.
