Horrible place! Just avoid! Happen to stop by last week day just for a cup of fresh tea! Despite multiple requests was served flask tea, and even after sharing concern same tea was served with extra sugar! The so called manager spoke big on customer satisfaction, but hardly understands what it even means and i ended up paying for a tea that i couldn't consume beyond a sip! Would strongly recommend to avoid the temptation or tiredness to stop by (refer photo). Rather just in another 5 to 15 mins you get very good motels including the illustrious Sree Saravana Bhavan.

It's an very good hotel for an good tea/coffee. Had been there when driving through Krishnagiri road to pondicherry in ksrtc. Huge hotel, maintained cleanly and the tea taste is very good.

Stopped by Hotel Saravanaa Bavaa during my KSRTC bus journey and was disappointed with the experience. The toilet maintenance was appalling with water all over the floor and a strong unpleasant smell. The service area was untidy, making the overall experience quite uncomfortable. Considering there are better options along the stretch, it's unclear why KSRTC buses choose...
