A ring ceremony function of our family was held yesterday at this hotel. The benquet hall is not up to the standards. Entry to benquet is not gracefull & the hotel staff is very slow to customer's request. They dont clean benquet hall properly & there was a fishy smell inside the hall. When asked to spray room freshners, the hotel management even not bothered to it. Cheap kind of mentality was shown by benquet manager & told me that they will charge double for the guests who are sharing plates. Food quality was ok & taste was good but the service is too slow. Refilling to the items after first round was very slow and lazy one. I was expecting much better service as its owned by Bhopal's famous Agrawal Puri Bhandar but disappointed by the management. Its overpriced hotel when u compare it on servics standards, but taste of food is ok type. Even they don't bother to provide clean plates for buffet lunch. Most of the plates were shabby and...

Food prior to lockdown was good but now food and service both have become pathetic.

I had ordered half jeera rice and what they serve was half of half ( we all members felt the same as quantity was very very less) we requested him this is very less please you take it back and give us full plate. He said no, we cannot cancel the order, I tried to make him understand that we are not cancelling the order we want full plate only as the quantity is very less.. This is not something which we have ordered and you have cooked especially that you cannot get it back. But he was stubborn and we had to order one half more which he brought in seconds.

I dont understand what is the issue upgrading the order. Or you should keep photographs of what is your full plate and half plate quantity. Height of idiotism.
