I had a terrible experience with EatSure. I placed an order for biryani (Order ID: 211277330) worth ₹766, but the delivery driver, ‘Suraj,’ fraudulently marked it as delivered without actually delivering it. He didn’t even pick up my calls, leaving me completely stranded.

When I reached out to customer support, it was initially a nightmare. They were unhelpful and dismissive until I had to escalate the issue by being rude. Only then did they process a refund, but it shouldn’t have come to that.

EatSure takes no accountability or ownership of such issues, which is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this app. Use more reliable platforms like Zomato or...
