Disappointing Experience at Cafe Latte, Noor-Us-Sabah Palace.

Visited Cafe Latte on the morning of July 9th around 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude and unaccommodating. We were dining with children who were understandably eager to see the menu and order something. However, the staff adamantly refused to serve until 11:00 AM, even though the cafe was open and we were seated inside. Secondly, the cafe seemed ill-equipped to cater to the needs of children. Despite being open to the public, there was little to no consideration for young diners. This lack of flexibility and the rude attitude of the staff ultimately forced us to leave after waiting for 15-20 minutes. It was a frustrating experience that left a negative impression of the cafe. Recommendations: Improve staff training: Emphasize customer service and the importance of accommodating all guests, especially families with children. Review policies: Consider offering a limited children's menu or at least providing access to some basic food options early. Create a more welcoming atmosphere: Consider adding some child-friendly touches to the cafe to make it more appealing to families. Overall: I would strongly advise against visiting Cafe Latte in the morning, especially if you are traveling with children. To make it clear that this review is not for noorus sabah or wonder bread but only for cafe latte at the noor us sabah. Went here with my coffee loving wife and cake loving daughter. It was a horrible experience considering that this was at noorus sabah, one of my fav places in Bhopal. Even contemplated directly speaking to the noor us sabah management about it but decided against it. We ordered cafe latte which felt like more of latte n less of cafe. N the cakes tasted like 4 days old if not more. Even water which was from noorus sabah's Reliable group was expensive n tasted awful. This experience made me miss out on my usual further noorus sabah trips. Would at least recommend against visiting cafe latte. Better avoid to get any bad ideas about other noorus sabah...

Absolutely appalled by the terrible experience I had at this place. My group of five went in craving some cheesecake and ordered two pastries to share. The staff, in an unbelievably rude and disrespectful manner, told us that each person had to order individually and sharing wasn't allowed. This is absurd and completely inappropriate behavior towards paying customers.

I won’t ever be coming back, and I’ll make sure that none of my friends or family step foot in this place either. No one deserves to be treated like this. Avoid this place at all costs if you value respect and...
