Cafe Lpk (Roof Top Bar & Kitchen) — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Cafe LPK is a romantic looking lovely rooftop restaurant. The interior has urban touch, and the restaurant's placement is open that faces DB mall Bhopal. We went with family. The seatings are such that they can accommodate a small group and couples. Since it’s summer, we never felt hot in the open-air restaurant. They had powerful fans also on. As it’s IPL Cricket season, they have a nice set-up to telecast the game on the projector on the higher wall so that everyone can easily watch it. The restaurant is a multi-cuisine restaurant. The food in the restaurant was good but not impressive. Simple momos were not cooked well and also had very spicy vegetables inside served with again a very spicy sauce. Veg Hara bhara kabab also tasted raw. The staff at the restaurant are excellent. They are doing a good job. The restaurant's menu is pretty vast and has a lot of options. The food is moderately priced. As you sit at the table, you will find a mineral water bottle already placed on the table. Be aware that it will be chargeable. The music played at the restaurant was energetic felt like we were at a sports bar or a pub. But this restaurant is suitable for a family dinner or a romantic...

It is the windy ambience of the setup by LPK that does the magic for it. However, we must dive deeper to get to know about food and service. First of all, it is a Hookah Bar and cafe is just a mild way of putting it. It has two sitting settings, one the most beautiful, out in open on terrace that faces DB Mall on the opposite and then one in the inside, closed restaurant sitting. LPK's large screen during cricket matches, open windy pool side setup with sofas and seperate table chairs give it a nice fresh appearance. Food is 3.5/5 it is tasty, has variety (a lot for nonveg ala-carte) and some nice mocktail, cocktail choices to go with it. Food service is slow as is generally in such bars. Music plus the fun factor of an open terrace remains.

Parking by car should be a concern and must be seen beforehand. Good to come with friends and family if they are okay with points...
