On entering they made me sign one register...On asking the guy he is like "Idhaar yeh system hai", then roaming around I find hardly 4-5customers at 9pm...And remaining joh table main bait saktein hain woh cleared nahi hai..
After waiting for around 10 mins I walked to one waiter to ask if this is self service or not... He replied NO.... Then when I asked why did you not come to give the Menu.... He says "aap kidhar the...?"... May be I should wear mini skirts to be more noticeable..
Then I ordered the worst Manchow soup of my life... The over poured vinegar smell was raw to top....They don't have the basics to give pepper or salt while serving soups....Forgot to mention the fried noodles has lost its shelf life...
Now comes the grilled sandwich of paneer which was stale, and the cucumber added on request was dead dry...Matlab... Kept cut since a long time... Tasted awful!!
Then I ordered a chocolate frappe which was redone as it was not as I had requested... With ice cream without a desert spoon.... When I requested one they gave me a plastic stirrer...Oh frustrated I thought it's enough for today.... But No they have more for me....
They don't have plain water so you are forced to buy the bottled water and pay tax of 5℅ above MRP. Then they secretly add a service tax.... On questioning they say it's optional... They reprinted my bill with a disgust ki "pakad liye..Sala ne". On top of everything pathetic attitude of the cashier and others....
I'm an Engineer and had come to bhopal for the first time.... Till now I had liked everything.... Good ambience might attract once.... But if your service and food is of this standard.... Better take good care of your core values...
But one thing I really liked is the ambience...
Read moreOkay so, I went with my cousins to this place, good ambience but my experience was very unpleasant. Why you may ask? For the following reasons: The music was too loud and very out of place and taste. My throat is still sour due to all the shouting i had to do cause my cousins couldn't hear me over the music and vice versa. We asked the staff politely, stating the reason, to kindly turn down the volume so we can atleast eat our food and spend quality time without feeling like a hammer is banging on our heads but the person at the reception straight away said that it won't be possible. We have nothing against high volume music but it was neither the time nor the place or even the aura of the place that demanded such nuisance. Customer satisfaction must be the highest priority but it seems that it was last on their list. They have an extremely incompetent staff except one person (he seemed like a manager but i believe he was rather head of staff or something). The service was very late, we waited more than half an hour to get our food, we ordered appetizers and soup and expected that they'd know the basics (soup comes first) but were disappointed cause they bought everything, all at once. Food wasn't that good either, infact honey chilli potato and tomato soup were too sweet.
Anyways, i didn't gave 1 star because food wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. Specially pizza was relatively good (excluding famous pizza chains like Domino's). The ambience was good and the place was pleasant to look at... Though, my ear hurts from the torture they put us through. Maybe if they'd pay more attention on the experience of customer and not on their perception of customer, things can...

I must say was not upto the mark at all ..... if I come to a stylish roof top cafe... I am expecting food better then what I find on the road side.... not high end hotel standards but certainly better then sweet lasagna .... yes you read it right..... there creamy lasagna that is supposed to be savoy was actually sweet .... i dont know if the cooks there ever tasted lasagna before in there life but that is now how a lasagna taste like..... the chilli garlic noodles had so much chilli in them as to they were trying to create the world's spiciest noodles.... the only decent dish we got was butter paneer with butter Naan..... little on the sweet side... but otherwise ok.... since we went there just for a casual meetup with friends and did enjoy our evening with some live music... it is a fun place to go just for meeting friends and colleagues over some very average drinks just don't order food unless you want burn your money.... p.s: be careful about selecting your table as there is no demarcation for smoking and non...
