Chick-n-Serve Eat More Chicken — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Stop ordering from this place! This has happened for the second time with me, I ordered the same order last time and the grilled chicken was stale, very hard and tasted very bad not at all fresh. This time I ordered the same item and even mentioned to the restaurant person before placing the order saying that pls make sure you send it fresh telling him about my last experience. And the moment I recieved the chicken, it was horrible and stale, tasted really bad and was even worse than before, i also called the restaurant to which they were agreeing to me saying ki Ji bhaiya ho sakta hai. I have kept the chicken as it is, they have even stopped responding .I have been eating at thisplace since many years. I am very disappointed. It has happened for the second time consecutively. The best place to have the worst food , I ordered chicken nd tandoori roti , roti was so hard that I could not even eat 1 , the best part I ordered for 5 roti thy have me 4 , my house is 3 mins Max from the restaurant , so I went back have them the review so the owner is saying ( Tandoori roti toh esi hi hoti hai) I told him if u really wanna eat good tandoori roti go to "Madani Darbar " beautiful roti even u can consume the next day it won't be so hard , the dough for roti was old . The chicken was so tasty that my first bite made me realise that am having chicken centre Fresh rubbery chicken u can play cricket if a piece is round . So plz go nd waste...

I order frequently from this outlet but today I ordered chicken biryani the send me biryani rice with tandoori chicken and called it dam biryani. I called the restaurant he was very rude and said " apne yaha to ese hi banti hai". If you can't provide proper food atl least have good staff. I am never gonna order from this outlet may from any of the chic n serve outlet. We as a customer must show them that we have the right to serve what we have paid for. You are not providing food for free. I urge to my people not to go to this outlet as they can't provide good service...
