KFC — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

This meal has to be one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had! We came to this newly opened KFC as a family hoping to have a nice time but the service/food we received was just saddening. I instantly lost my appetite after seeing blood in every other chicken wing out of the 40 pieces we ordered. Every single chicken wing had pink and red meat which was extremely off-putting. We ordered 6 chicken zingers. All of them were exactly the same as the image I’ve shared. There was SO little meat in the burgers that it looked as if there wasn’t any in the first place. The meat was compensated with a ton of onions, The worst burger I’ve ever had! When I asked them for a replacement the staff said “ yahan pe ye hi milta hai”, this translates to “this is what we have here”, he said this with a smile on his face, the staff was not particularly rude but even the replacement was just a sad excuse of a burger. We spent about 4 thousand rupees on this disappointing meal, never in my life am I going to visit this branch of KFC ( koh e fiza, bhopal). My family and I returned home extremely disappointed, not at all what we expected when we left the house.

When you hear the word Fried chicken, the first thing that comes to your mind is KFC. It's world's largest franchise for fried chicken and very popular among all age groups.

Location - This is a new outlet opened in Kohefiza area near virat electronics and a welcome addition in this area whose residents earlier had to go to db mall to try KFC.

Food - I'll talk less about food because people are aware about KFC menu which is standard across the locations nothing additional. Some items were not available like crushers due to some reason, hope they resolve soon.

Ambience - It's decent size outlet not too big neither small, small dining tables to accommodate more people. Minimalistic interiors with KFC branding and tag lines looks good and soothing. A good job done here.

Staff/Service - This is self service outlet which is standard across all KFC outlets. Staff was polite and understood the orders clearly. Service was also fast but I visted at time when there were few customers, hope they don't take much time even during rush hours.

i have been a regular customer there, but the staff is so unprofessional and i have been there so many times, they take a lot of time in ordering the stuff on the monitor, they don’t even know where items are and do they add it, we just have to wait there at so many occasions, they are really unprofessional

other than that, i just ordered kfc a zinger pro, which comes with a large peice of chicken but the peice was so small it was even smaller than a normal zinger burger, so for what did i ordered a zinger pro? this small chicken and 2 buns?? without even proper preparation of the whole pro burger, it just had sauce

also, i order a hot and crispy which also had such a small peice of chicken??? like wtf how are they giving this for 115Rs per peice? such unprofessional they are,...
