Sanjay Fresh Bake — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I bought a cake from them on Saturday around 4 30pm, rabdi cake. I cut it at 12 midnight, as it was my brother's birthday. I was Personally very excited for this rabdi cake. But all my excitement went in vain. As soon as my brother cut the cake, after taking one single loaf, we found long hair , Buried inside the cake. I was totally in shock. The same moment I texted the kohefiza outlet, but till next morning they didn't reply to the photos I sent them. Then I called them, but they refused to pick up the phone.

What a shame..!! Paying 500 RS for a 500gm cake, and then not replying to the client. I was not asking for any refund, but at least you should have replied to me or you should have condemned your carelessness towards your work.

Ordered 4 kg (2 x 2 kgs) fruit cake. Got it delivered at their Gulmohar outlet. The cake was completely crumbled when we opened the cling wrap of the cake. It was completely reckless on their part to have not done a proper quality check before packing and delivering the cake. Not only was the presentation ruined, but the entire experience was disappointing, as we were relying on this for an important family function. Given the amount of money spent and the expectations we had, this is completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that future orders are handled with more care and...

These are just my orders from January 2022, I have thousands of pictures of the cakes from Sanjay fresh bake, I have trust in Sanjay fresh bake since ages when there was just a small shop, I was kid and my birthday cakes used to be from there and now I'm the one placing orders, also my parents favorite and my go to order is usually pineapple, I love chocolate truffle, also the customization is on point and tbh THE BEST in bhopal, you can never go wrong placing an order here and the best part is I usually place my order on WhatsApp and my deal is done, if you haven't tried it...
