Pizza Hut | Kohefiza, Bhopal — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

We ordered for thier combo of 799 and some other items. But instead of 799 the staff (neha) over the counter punched my order with combo of 899, which cost me higher amount of bill. When I checked the bill later when I was waiting for the order getting prepared then I let the staff know about it. Earlier they were not accepting the mistake but later on they realised that this customer is well educated and aware so they accepted that it punched wrongly so I have to order something for that extra amount they charged and it would not be refunded. So I ordered one for small pizza. When they were delivering me the order I asked them for carry bag so that I can it to my place then they asked me to pay cash for the carry bag and I was not carrying cash. I asked them if you ll not give the carry bag then how one would carry the stuff with him. They said they have the charged for earlier carry bag as well but it is not showing in the bill. Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut – Poor Service & Quality

I recently visited Pizza Hut [Location Name], and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The service was practically non-existent, as there was only one staff member handling everything—from taking orders to making pizzas and even billing! This led to significant delays, and the overall experience felt very unprofessional.

The food quality was equally bad. The pizza was undercooked, lacked flavor, and had a poor topping-to-crust ratio. It was nothing like what you’d expect from a well-known chain like Pizza Hut. The hygiene standards were also questionable, which made the whole experience even worse.

2 star for disliking the fact that the pizzas I ordered was a normal margherita with cheese crust and extra olives. What did I get? A so-called margherita with no tomato sauce but PERUVIAN SAUCE and very less olives but the cheese crust was okay.

2nd pizza was American cheesy where I was expecting Peruvian sauce but instead I got creamy/white sauce, such big capsicum pieces and did I mention NO PERUVIAN SAUCE???!
