I recently visited Nothing Before Coffee on a sweltering morning, craving a refreshing jolt to kickstart my day. As soon as I walked in, the cool and inviting atmosphere provided an immediate respite from the summer heat. After perusing their enticing menu, I settled on their famous Iced Coffee, and boy, was it a game-changer!

The barista greeted me with a warm smile and expertly crafted my iced coffee with precision and care. As I took my first sip, I was immediately transported to coffee heaven. The taste was exquisite—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. It had just the right amount of sweetness, allowing the robust flavor of the coffee to shine through without overpowering it. The cooling effect of the ice created a delightful contrast that made each sip an invigorating experience.

However, while the "good taste" of their beverages – from classic cappuccinos to innovative cold brews – is consistently praised, and the "good ambiance" makes it a top choice for many, there are critical areas where Nothing Before Coffee Indore "needs more staff." During peak hours, the limited team struggles to keep up with the demand, leading to noticeable delays. This directly impacts the "needs quick service" aspect, as customers often find themselves waiting longer than anticipated for their orders. A more robust team would undoubtedly enhance efficiency and significantly improve the overall customer experience, ensuring that the excellent taste and ambiance are complemented by prompt service. Furthermore, a significant concern that repeatedly surfaces is the issue of power cuts. Indore, like many cities, experiences occasional power disruptions, and NBC's current setup seems vulnerable. The establishment "needs an inverter as rescue for power cut off so that electricity supply can be uninterrupted." Imagine enjoying a perfectly brewed coffee in that lovely ambiance, only for the experience to be abruptly halted by a blackout. This not only disrupts the customer's enjoyment but also potentially affects operations and the freshness of certain products. Investing in a reliable inverter would be a game-changer, guaranteeing an uninterrupted and seamless experience for every visitor, regardless of external power fluctuations. Addressing these operational challenges will undoubtedly elevate Nothing Before Coffee Indore from a good coffee shop to an exceptional one, solidifying its reputation as a must-visit destination...

This is a new bay in coffee market of Indore. I heated about it that they give good brew and thus went to have an authentic brew here.

I ordered Vietnamese Cold Brew at Nothing Before Coffee. It was priced at INR 150/-. The price seems to be good enough. But when the brew came, I found 80 % of the glass filled with ice and only three sips of brew had been able to be sipped. That means one sip of this brew is costing INR 50/- (very smartly done). Other than that the Vietnamese Cold Brew is usually prepared in condensed milk or using the milk syrup, which was not done in it. The cold brew was tasting like dark roast coffee coarse. It shall be medium roast coffee coarse for the cold brew.

Last but not the least, Vietnamese Cold Brew is normally sweet in nature and this brew served by them was not at all sweet. So I am giving NO RECOMMENDATION for this cafe (NBC – Nothing Before Coffee).

Ambience is okay. Chairs and tables are not at all comfortable. Air conditioning was ON but the gate was open so cooling was not that proper. Staff has no sense of maintaining a guest discipline. They were throwing the chairs like anything sounding harsh, disturbing the cool mind of brew.
