Cafe Sukun - The Peace Cafe ( sukoon cafe in palasia) — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Today is my first visit at the sukun cafe with my colleagues. As per the ambience prospective it is nice and attractive for youngsters. But on the other side, I'm very much disappointed from the service part. Initially, me and my friends were looking for the assistance which is not providing properly by the staff for taking order. Later on, once we placed our order to the concern person he pritante that he placed the order but he didn't. After waiting for half an hour, we again approach to the service man regarding our order. But, as he is a new comer so he is unable to answer our question. Then he call the Order man.when we ask the same thing to him, he replied due to some server issue your order is not placed. We shocked how is this possible the order has been placed by the staff and he says order is not placed. Is this a joke or what. The staff have to recheck, order has been placed or not. On the other hand, we accept that to might be there was a server issue.But again when we placed order from the same man and while ordering we infrom him kindly provide us few water bottles as we are feeling thirsty. But again it took atleast half an hour for a water bottle. Which feels us very shameless. If any guest come to your house atleast you offer him a glass of water but here we didn't get that much of basic hospitality. This incident was pushed me to right this review. Additionally, I'll never suggest my friends and team members to visit the place, if your team members are providing the same kind of hospitality service to the guest. I hope this feedback helps you to provide some training of the basic as well as superior staff. Which helps you to create your valuable Goodwill...

Nice place for taking pictures! But I believe the entire focus of the cafe owner was on the ambience only!

We ordered peri peri fries, garlic chilli Maggi, ginger tea and hot chocolate!

First came the fries...which should have come with the tea! But tea came after 45 mins of order along with Maggi which was cold! Tea was decent, portion size of Maggi and fries was very small for the price they charge, also the hot chocolate was pretty average!

Even the boy serving us was disinterested, had no idea of the items in the menu, what dish is made how.... couldn't make any suggestions.....also his response to everything was very cold!

Owner if you're reading this, let me remind you.....This is Indore! While ambience is something we've started liking.....food will always be our first priority when we visit a cafe/restaurant!

If you genuinely want to grow, change your chef and serving staff both! Only ambience will not yeild you repeat customers! Teach your staff what all you serve and how it's made and how to welcome a customer! We don't want to feel unwelcomed if we come again! (Which is a rare...

Unquestionably, the best cafe in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good coffee and cuisines just in time. No loud noises which will help you a lot to concentrate on what you do. They do have a variety of food and drinks you can select from. I honestly love the great interior all over the place and soulful music just like it’s name…with absolute SUKUN…The owners and staff are also very humble. Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure! A memorable place to relax. I could not ask for more....
