Pizzato — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Visisted the place twice before writing this review. Pizzato was previously near bombay hospital, they have upgraded to a bigger space and a premium location, race cource road. The interior is nice a little different for a pizza place, sitting is normal ambiance is good.

Now when I first visited them I ordered garden delight pizza and paneer tikka pizza, i didn't like paneer tikka pizza, paneer was not marinated and tandoori sauce taste felt off like it was not fresh. Garden delight pizza was good but the cheese felt too hard to chew like rubber.

Still In second visit I ordered English retreat pizza and vegetable Maggie and cheese garlic bread, i liked English retreat pizza, cheese garlic bread was okay felt like cheese was bit less and Maggie was good..

Overall when we were sitting there we saw a power outage and there was no generator so we had to sit for next 30 min and what ever they were cooking in th kitchen started smelling in the restaurant which made sitting there very inconvenient and unpleasant, now i know this is not something usual and this happens rarely but still they should have some kind of generator specially in the kitchen to run their exhausts.

Overall second time food didn't disappoint me the service was slow though it was was not crowded, service speed can be improved price to quantity ratio is also good and atmosphere is also okay.

Very bad experience the staff was not so cooperative, here we organised my daughter's birthday party and the manager was so rude that she was shouting on her friends, as that was the birthday party so obviously the noise was quite the high but insted of speaking softly and nicely she was so rude to the children's... We are so disappointed with that. And also when everyone's parents was coming to pick them we had already paid the bill but as they all the parents were coming so the remaining student were sitting in the cafe only so she was shouting that you have paid the bill and you should now go out of the cafe. And you can't use the cafes AC... And there were not that much of people that the we have occupied space and the remaining are in the waiting line we were just sitting there because the parents had not yet come to pick up their child ... And the service was also too slow we had ordered the pizza and garlic bread half an hour earlier but they had given us too late.... I would not...

I recently visited this cafe and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite paying ₹679 for two people, the hygiene levels were unacceptable. We saw two mice roaming around, and flies were constantly moving from one table to another, with many stuck on the tables. We had to change tables twice, but the issue persisted, likely due to the poor ambience.

The food quality was equally bad. The French fries were burnt, and when I pointed this out, I was told that it was due to the weather, which made no sense. The fries were not replaced. The Paneer Tikka Pizza was served cold and soggy, and while the stuffed cheese garlic bread was served hot, one side that was attached to the plate was 50% burnt or soiled.

This was my second visit, and it will certainly be my last. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the hygiene and...
