We Have been coming to Eyry since many years but today was a really disappointing experience. Just for information of the business owner, it is Bill No 19 Table No T6, 22ndDec24.
Firstly, the lady who came to take the order was totally untrained to take the order. After giving the complete order to her when we asked her to repeat, she couldn't do so as she had not noted our order. The when we asked whether she was new in this job then she agreed to it and then we requested her to kindly send someone who was more experienced. The lady is not to be blamed, LACK OF TRAINING on the owner's part.
Then another tall guy in orange cap turned up who was relatively better trained to take orders but still not clear in communication and not having a very confident body language. When we asked him whether farfalle pasta was available he seemed to have absolutely no idea what you are talking about then we showed him the same thing in the menu which was surprisingly not available in his mobile app for selection. Then he went back to the kitchen and confirmed to us that farfalle was not available. LACK OF TRAINING AGAIN.
So we completed our order and waited for the food to come. Till now, no one asks whether we need water or not. Forget regular or mineral. Again LACK OF TRAINING.
So now when the food arrives, our pasta turns out to be highly spicy. We had our 4year old daugther with us for whom we had specifically told to make the pasta totally non spicy but here even we were feeling the pasta very spicy.
Now since our table was indoor there was no waiter within our visible range so I had to get up and go to the reception ask them to please make the pasta non spicy.
Further I had to personally get up in between of food three times to go to the reception to ask them for bottle of water and for empty glasses to fill the water. After 10 minutes they came up with two small glasses and after 5 minutes they came up with the third glass of a different size and a different design.
The food also was not eyry like today and the ravioli seemed to be semi cooked.
I raised all my concerns personally with the person on the cash counter and he accepted that most of the staff was new.
Further I also got an excuse from the waiters that since a birthday party was going on hence it was not possible to timely attend the dine-in guests.
Overall a very bad experience today with Eyry. Highly disappointed.

Read moreThe ambiance is nice but the food and drinks… I have no idea what is going on. It is expensive and not that good at all for the price. Basic coffee is 180. They do not have a card machine! You cannot pay using credit card! Only cash or paytm! Are you joking?! Are you in the middle age!? Do you not want to give 2% for the transaction? So basically customer is always second. The service is also bad. We sat down and after 10 minutes we finally got the menu but only after asking!? They were surprised that we asked for the menu and not give the order when we called them. Then when we asked for recommendations then the waiter was dumbfounded that we did. They themselves did not know what was on the menu. We asked which cheesecake was good blueberry or new york and he was sputtering not able to give an answer. When they said to ask the chef and give us whatever. The food we got came at a nice time but my frappe took 20 or more minutes. I can’t post a picture but a dish called Holy Guacamole has about 1-1.5 inch of guac in an extremely small container. The fact that it a HOLY GUAC dish yet it is 8 pita chips with that little guac for 260 is very bad. We had to ask extra. The new york cheesecake was good but kinda plain. The nitro cold brew was bland. I have had black coffee but even when they have water they had taste. This didn’t. Lemnox or something was better but the same. The cafe frappe was good and I liked it. So the environment was good but every other thing brought it...
Read moreHi guys,
Visited the place recently with my friends in evening, The place is situated on janjeerwala (prime location) and has really good rating on zomato. They have both the options indoor and outdoor, ambiance inside is really great but ambiance and sitting outside is mediocre and really uncomfortable, We prefered sitting outside instead of inside didint felt like we visited the place as a group that bad it was.
Now talking about the food, We ordered pizza tikka pizza , tandoori soya chaap, Penne Alfredo Pasta, I liked alfredo pasta which was good in taste, paneer tikka pizza was good but it felt too dry and I didnt like the combo that they served which was pizza and green chutney, tandoori soya chaap was soft but it had cheese filling (i was bit suprised to see cheese inside soya chaap i didnt see or had this combo either).
Overall the taste was good, price to quantity ratio is low, generally cafe charging premium like that serves really good quantity which justifies the taste, and totally personal preference the experiment that cafe try to do to stand out from the crowd, i dont like these experiement.
Overall service is moderate fast not very slow not very fast, taste is ok not very good not bad, something are good some thing arent.
Overall one time visit...
