I visited your store today and ordered a tea. However, I was quite disappointed with the service I received. The quantity of tea served seemed to be more than enough for one person, because we do not drink tea too much, so I politely requested an empty cup to help manage the portion. Unfortunately, your staff refused to accommodate this request.

I found this to be quite frustrating, as it is a simple courtesy to allow customers to make adjustments based on their preferences. I was really disappointed to experience this at a well-established brand like Cafe Coffee Day.

Providing an empty cup to a customer should not be an issue, and I trust you will address this to ensure a better experience for others.

Staff is excellent and service is top notch with no one bugging you to get up quickly as i also sat for more than 1hr for my meeting.
