Shiva Chinese Wok — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Visited the place few months back, I am bit late in writing my review. I have been planing to visit them from almost 2 years. They have moved to a newer location then before, the newer location is bigger and it has proper cafe vibes and plenty of sitting options. Ambiance is good and i wasnt expecting this, I thought it will be a simple Chinese joint.

I tried a lot of things there, chilly garlic noodles, burnt garlic noodles, chilly potato, white sauce pasta, tandoori fried momos, dry manchurian and spring roll.

Well I really liked chilly garlic noodles, burnt garlic noodles were okay, pasta was tasty and creamy. Tandoori fried momos were very okayish the tandoori coating didn't had that spicy taste (which is why we order tandoori momos), spring roll also felt okay and chilly potato was really good.

Overall service was mix something were served quickly, something really took a lot of time to serve specially pasta and spring roll. Price to quantity ratio is good.. price is a little on higher side but overall looking at ambiance and service it's justified.

Overall recommended good place to have Chinese and hangout with your friends and family, experience can vary...

Very very very very poor customer service and still didn't get the correct order. Waited for more than an hour, but still didn't get what i ordered. I only went there to have dry manchurian which was recommended by many, but i can't explain how disappointing it feels when you were so excited to eat something at a place which is so popular, but instead you have such a bad experience that you don't ever want to go to that place again. I am writing this review to warn everyone about their preference to only online orders and bad customer service. Don't go there if you're feeling...

Worst service ever. This one star is only for their taste. I was already very hungry, but even after waiting for atleast 1 hour they didn't give me my order. They kept saying 5 mins more 5 min more.... and making foolish excuses which definitely didn't justify their bad customer management. This is highly disappointing to see such famous food place with so poor service. There were other customers also, with the same complaint as me but they didn't pay any heed. They only gave preferences to online orders. Definitely not visiting this...
