Shree Chotiwala Restaurant — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I'm going to share strange behaviour of the staff. Had their chotiwala thali and premium thali, taste was good but there was this one aged guy who keeps on disturbing us(me and my friend)..."Beta how was food? You liked it? How's everyone at home?" and then when I paid the bill he intentionally blocked my way and started starring at my wallet(with strange face, he wanted tip) until I gave him too. It's an unprofessional behaviour. This happened with me 2nd time. He just wants tip and that's it, he doesn't even serves and just keeps on wandering around tables so that he can ask for tip. It's good to ask for tip but such behaviour is intolerable and it's completely people's choice whether or whose service they want to appreciate. Shri Chotiwala restaurant please look for this.

Edited: I thought this was happening against the management permissions. I’m disappointed with the staff’s behaviour. This place is clean and free of flies but staff would not make you feel their absence. They just bring food from kitchen to your table and ask for...

The food here is just average, but the service was really terrible. I had to finally talk to the owner about everything, and though he was very apologetic at the end, the experience overall was disappointing.

Right from the start, the staff messed up the order. I asked for Fresh Lime Water, repeated it at least 4 times, but the waiter kept bringing Fresh Lime Soda. He also forgot to place the order for Manchow Soup, and when it finally came after 20 minutes, it was tasteless and seemed rushed. We eventually had to cancel the soup.

The worst part was with Paneer Kimlin, where I actually found a small stone inside the dish (about the size of a pea). The staff took the stone and never returned. No apologies or any courtesy were shown on this incident. This was really unacceptable.

The waiter/server who messed up the whole thing didn’t show up until the very end. Ultimately, the owner Mr. Manoj Bhawa came in, listened to everything and eventually apologised.
