Hotel Kanchan — Hotel in Indore City

Had a really amazing and wonderful stay at this hotel. I was at stay for today and yesterday (26th and 27th March, 2022). Although I was mostly out due to my travel schedule, but whatever limited interaction I've had with them has been a supportive response from their end. . Food is really good. Staff support is also great. Their approach is very friendly. The room is clean, and if not then they will get it cleaned for you as soon as you inform. If rooms are available, then they will even change them if required. They will guide you for your trip plans, providing contacts of reasonable rate trips. . Thanks, hope to visit...

We have stayed here for one night. The room service was worse. We got water 40 minutes after placing order. Even after reminder.. At dinner we have not received all items whatever ordered. On enquiring, service man told that it will be adjusted with our next order. Next day morning, while we were checking out without making any further order, we found that the cost of undelivered items were included in the bill. And the front desk madam told us that she could not do any thing as the bill was ready. So we have to order something to make it up. I don't recommend anybody...

The safety of vehicles at your establishment is appalling. There was no security presence or surveillance to deter any incident. The lighting was inadequate, making it a prime target for thieves. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Even the management at this hotel is utterly incompetent. Throughout my stay, there was a complete lack of organization and responsiveness to guest needs. Requests went unanswered, and issues were ignored and poorly handled. I would strongly advise against staying...
