LA MILANO PIZZERIA — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

Just had the WORST GARLIC BREAD of my life. It really surprises me that someone could ever cook a bad garlic bread. Firstly the quality of the bread was poor and the dip was smelling bad. Secondly when I spoke to the owner about the poor quality of the garlic bread, I was told to shut up and also that I am a customer not a God. Not sure about the hygiene of the Pizzeria kitchen but I want to stay healthy therefore will never ever visit or order from La Milano Pizzeria.

This review I am writing after receiving the arrogant reply from La Milano Pizzeria.

1. You should take time and recheck before replying as your very first sentence has spelling mistake. It should be " for sharing your experience" instead of "foe showing your experience".
2. This sort of arrogant reply was expected from you. Could have been better if you could have asked my order details humbly. But this is not expected of you. For order details kindly check the photo attached.
3. Your owner will first pick the call and then listen to the reason why the other person is calling him. Therefore he has to attend the call to listen to the reason. As a customer I wanted to give my honest feedback to the owner that's the reason I called him. But the arrogant and disrespectful owner replied in a very bad manner. And more importantly as a store you should be open to feedback be it positive or negative to improve. And your store is nothing big that someone would try to spoil your store image ( as if there is one) by putting allegations.
4. And my dear friend it's totally my wish to never ever ever ever visit La Milano be it Indore or anywhere in India because of the kind of the food and customer service you provide.

Atleast you have rectified your first mistake...

La Milano Pizzeria is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and the inviting aroma of freshly baked pizza. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and lively, making it great for a casual night out or a relaxed dinner with friends.

Their pizza is truly outstanding—crispy, thin crust with just the right chew, topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend the Margherita Classica for a taste of authentic Italian simplicity, or the Diavola if you're into a little heat. Each bite is bursting with flavor and clearly made with care.

Beyond the pizza, their pasta dishes and appetizers also deserve praise—especially the garlic bread and house-made lasagna. And don’t skip dessert! Their tiramisu is the perfect finish to a great meal.

Service was prompt and friendly, with staff who are clearly passionate about the food and eager to offer recommendations. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you're getting.

visited a place recently it was in my to do list for a while but finally got a chance to visit them and I have to say unlike other pizza places which do disappoint you this place didn't disappointment i

t's it's a small place near Reliance fresh in front of Bombay hospital it has limited number of sitting option, you also have some board games to play with while waiting for your food which is a great concept nowadays restaurants have adopted.

the place is pure veg and has a lot of options when it comes to Pizzas and garlic bread.

I ordered cheesy Mac special pizza and spicy Max pizza and supreme garlic bread I really like the spicy Max pizza in delivered on the taste and its name Max special cheese pizza was also good and it was a to different experience trying this type of pizza and I loved it.

overall price to quantity ratio is perfect and the place is pocket friendly, service is fast they didn't make us wait very long to serve us our pizza.
