Aibaik — Restaurant in Madurai

The main focus of the owners are only towards Uber, Swiggy n Zomato. I have visited this shop from the day they opened and I can tell for sure the taste, quantity and quality is degraded. Please don't eat if the place is crowded least you will have a miserable time. The owners are working in TAFE during day time and during night at Aibaik so it's like the proverb "One can't serve two masters" that's what is happening here. There will be no response from the owners even if you complain. They got severe laid back attitude coz roughly the sales has touched more than one lakh every day due to the Uber n other agencies. If two good shops that will serve similar food with good taste comes I'm very sure Aibaik will crash land till then happy flying ✈

My request to owners is don't think customers are fools. If you can't give quality food just serve only to Uber and Zomato. Better close the dining section if you can't concentrate on the quality of service. The very customers who made your shop fly high will break you some day by not visiting...

We recently dined at aibaik and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

Firstly, there was a significant issue with our order. We ordered one full BBQ, but were served two. Only after we had finished eating did the staff inform us of the supposed "mistake" and demanded payment for the extra portion. Despite discussing this with the manager, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily.

To further compound the situation, the restaurant later added items to our bill that we did not order, including fried rice and biriyani. This was a clear attempt to overcharge us and left us feeling suspicious and disrespected.

The restaurant's response to these issues was unprofessional and lacked any genuine attempt to rectify the situation. We were made to feel as if we were lying about the initial order discrepancy.

Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with our dining experience at aibaik. The quality of the food was average, and the service was unacceptable. We would not recommend this...

We visited this place with our baby for 2nd time on 28th nov for dinner. We knew that we have to wait here and we waited for 30 mins and some random guys were also waited like us among those we occupied one table which was given by the staff itself....after we sat there one person from staff side asked us to get off from the table (worst behaviour by staff) and wait for some other time we're not able to understand why should we leave the table which was not even booked prior. I was asked for the reason the guy was not even gave proper reason. It was 9.30 pm we left the resturant they didn't even care about that and we searched for other restaurants (it was closing time).
