Worst experience everytime from them particularly this store in (narayanpuram) they are spoling the name of dominos. This has happened 3rd time in a row. I ordered pizza at 8pm, and till 9pm my order was being prepared. At 9.15 I tried calling the delivery person whobought my order last time. Asked him abt my order he said it's out for delivery, till 9.45pm my order was not received, I called him again he said its left u will receive it soon. But till 10pm my order was received. I called him again asked for the manager no. He gave me (rassia) number store manager. She said the order is just left. I said it's been more than 2hrs of me placing the order n it is leaving now. And she was very rude. I said I don't want u cancel the order n refund the payment since it was a prepaid order. Butshe constantly argued n at last canceled it. But at about 10.20 I got the dominos delivery guy who came with my order. The pizza was ICE COLD. asking him why u came so late. He said another delivery guy transferred the delivery to him. I ordered a pizza, and it was delivered after a delay of two hours. I have already submitted a complaint to your corporate team. During the wait, I tried contacting the branch and the delivery person, but neither could be reached.

If your franchise cannot fulfill delivery commitments, it should not be operating. This was the worst experience I’ve had with any food service — not only was the pizza extremely late, but it also arrived cold.

Worst experience. Last week we ordered pizza from this outlet through swiggy. They call me for location i told the whole landmark and address. Still they ask me to send location to their personal number. My house is even below 4kms from the outlet and got delivered in 1hr 25min. I think the pizza is suppose to be delivered within an hour. Quality: Domino's has its own name in pizza industry but here u wont get good taste pizza. Caution: My husband got stomach issue after eating this pizza. Pls do not eat/order here.
