Dear Jayaram Bakery Management, I am your customer bought snacks frequently on weekly basis. The quality of items lying in your shop was good. Whereas, the worrying part is, packing. Even the customer bought snacks for more than 10k.Your shop won't ready to give a cloth bag. They simply put the items in a brown paper cover. In Madurai, none of the snacks shop will provide like this. If the customer asked the same with your shop keepers. They are answerable and they simply said they informed to management but management wouldn't listen and consider customers query. This small bag cost spoil your goodwill. Sampath, We came from Srilanka and looking for the best restaurant, at the time we found One of the best restaurants is Jeyaram in Kalavasal. Excellent Service, good manu…not overly extensive. Food was very Delicious, prices were reasonable, food was great quality and very clean. I ordered 2 Kg Black Forest Cake and the Cake is Awesome and Tasty . But they dont have Carry bag for 2Kg Cake and they Wrapped in 1.5 Kg or 1 Kg Carry Bag . Unable to remove the Cake Cover from the Tight Carry Bag , Sides of the Cake is Damaged and cream is sticked in Cake Papper cover. Please be aware whether you have proper carry bag or not in the Bakery and make available. I ordered the Cake three Days Earlier itself.
