AwwSome Bite — Restaurant in Maharashtra

We went to this seeing some good reviews and what a sad story here!

The restaurant was empty when we entered, on a Saturday evening, at a place that is just outside a shopping complex! This should have been a warning sign for us but we overlooked that.

Two boys were sitting at the cash counter in the other end of the restaurant, none of them even bothered to look up and acknowledge that they had three customers.

We picked the menu card from the next table and called for someone to come to us, both the boys started signalling each other to go. None of the two got up, while they both got busy in their mobile phones, we decided to get up and go.

They noticed we leaving, looked at each other and went back to their mobile phones.

These and such people make a once good place to get...

They ruined My most fvrt melting cheese sandwich. Ive regularly visited only for that sandwich 5 6 years ago i think at that time owner is different i saw one lady at that time her name is ruchika i think.she really maintained the food quality and ambience hygiene n all at that time very good. but now 7 months ago I've visited again only for that sandwich and after having 1 2 bite i realised that they made disaster sandwich🤢 also they served green chutney along with sandwich which is totally rubbish m not gonna visit again that cafe they destroyed...

Used to be a really good place a couple of years ago. Now, it's just a dilapidated store with shoddy maintenance. Even the wash basin has no water. The cashier talks on the phone while tending to the customer and doesn't seem to have received basic training in customer service. Prices are ok. Food is ok. Cold coffee was not cold enough, and the paper straw got soggy and tore in between rendering it unusable. Also a coackroach was hanging around my plate which I found unhygienic.

Just an average place. Nothing...
