Hotel Celebrations Inn — Hotel in Maharashtra

Me n my wife had chalked down a plan for bike ride for long weekend to Pune and around. We were looking out for a hotel near Pimpri as it was a convenient location for our visits to Baner, Hinjewadi, Mulshi etc. Got an amazing deal on Cleartrip so booked it. ||||Hotel is not a top class & need some work done, but we cant ask for better than this from a pocket friendly hotel.||||- *Rooms were neat, clean & spacious. Need a bit work on mattress & bedsheets. We got room no 406, which had a balcony. It was dirty due to renovation work on terrace (apparently). But the entire room was open to highway with no building nearby. ||- *Bathroom need a bit finishing, but all amenities works well. Hot water can be a problem in the evening as they use solar panel.||- *Food: Restaurant is quick at service & NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR ROOM SERVICE. Food was great, we enjoyed. Breakfast if inclusive, expect 03-04 veg dishes only (unlimited).||- Check-In taken quite a long in-spite of next to no crowd.||- Location is the highlight. As its on Mumbai - Pune old highway, was easy to reach by bike. Even railway station is very close by for...

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this so-called "hotel," and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were greeted with indifference by the staff. The receptionist seemed annoyed by our presence and showed no interest in providing any helpful information.

Despite making an early booking, they still managed to bungle our room reservation. We specifically requested a room with a view, but instead, we were stuck in a dingy corner overlooking a back alley filled with garbage. When we raised this concern, the staff had the audacity to argue with us, as if we were being unreasonable in expecting the room we booked and paid for! To top it off, they claim laundry service is included, but then shamelessly tack on additional charges! It's a deceptive scam to rob unsuspecting guests. This hotel has shown a complete lack of respect for its guests, and I will certainly never set foot in this place again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare of a hotel...

Its a worst hotel and worst service i have got in a hotel. Hotel staff and people are good. But service is pathetic. Food is only good for lunch and dinner. But you don't get Pav Bhajji at the hotel. Morning Complimentary Breakfast is Self Service (which i haven't seen in any hotel). They don't have much staff for such a big hotel. A hotel staff dropped at me at my room through stairs on third floor instead of working lift. No hot water in room. TV don't work. No jet flush in bathroom. Bathroom pipe outlet is open. Untidy room and cupboards. Old books and telephone directory. Have bible in drawer (I mean are you promoting religion). Hotel people do not add food bill to room fare, it is to be paid separately instead of have restaurant inside. In all a mis-managed service.
