A/C are shutdown and a guest(customer) is asked to sit here after that they turn ON A/C

Staff without proper uniform and shave. Not following food safety guidelines.

Food arrived Dal Khichadi - taste less, too much use of turmeric Egg Bhurji - can't taste any spices or herbs seems to just mixed in Chinese Wok and served hot Mutton Kadai - improperly cleaned mutton, does have fat sticking on each and every single piece, too much use of oil. Tandoori - Ordered 6 of'em and they came out right away seems to pre-made and stored in casserole Masala Papad - too much spicy

Finally something which was done right here Plain Rice - was perfect and we'll cooked

Upon complaining to Waiter/Captain/BusBoy he says "Yahan pe toh aisa he banta hai"(this is how we cook here)

No food follow up neither care about dinner.

Your money is Worthy and take it somewhere else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Swagat Hotel. The food I was served had a cockroach 🪳 in it, which was absolutely disgusting. When we noticed and informed the staff, the owner rushed over and quickly replaced the plate, even before we could take a photo for evidence. Despite the serious issue, there was no apology, no politeness, or any attempt to make the situation right. On top of that, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were clearly lacking, which makes me question the overall quality of the restaurant. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won't...

Good food quality, especially for non-vegetarians. Taste is average for vegetarians. The prices for both are reasonable and on the average. I will especially suggest this to food enthusiasts who enjoy non-vegetarian dishes.

A dedicated section with air conditioning is accessible for families. The level of service was excellent.

You might have to wait ten to fifteen minutes for availability in the family section if you are traveling between eight and nine thirty.
