Subway Tathawade — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This outlet of Subway is located very close to the Mumbai Pune Expressway and is next to the Vithal Kamat restaurant. Ample vehicle parking space and also the sufficient space within to dine makes this outlet a great place to dine or get a takeaway on way to Mumbai.

The staff was quite helpful but we would have appreciated more had they avoided switching off the lights, one by one, in our presence, to indicate closing time. Not a very good feeling for a family who wants to have their food and has been there for barely 15 mins.

i have visited subway all around the world but **this one stands out for many reasons,

**they open at 11 am and still not ready to serve the customers. **grilling the bread there is a charge, never seen that before except here. **the vegetables are dry and cut unhygienically, the guys standing barely understand or are professionally trained to make a sandwich, ** olives are counted and put only three in numbers and the rest back. 😂 ** the sauces are barely put, when you eat it’s dry and crazy 700 to 800 rs for a 2 subway sandwich was a terrible experience.

plz rethink twice before visiting if you ever tasted a real subway sandwich.. this one will sound as a funny experience....

The staff was taking next to nil covid precautions. They had not even been provided with masks. The main person serving us, had a handkerchief, barely covering his nose, which, within 2 minutes did come out & he pulled it up again and would've continued using the same gloves (whichever already very dirty) for preparing our sub. When I checked him, he pulled out another used pair of gloves ! Finally when I told him, that I'll cancel my order, did he bring out a new pair, which again he didn't bother to ensure, didn't get dirty while wearing. Some other members of the staff, who were coming from outside, wore masks, only after coming in ! It should be called the Corona Spreading...
