BARBQ ( Toss N Toast ) — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Hello, We hotel team, Greetings of the Day.

I called and booked a table for 2 people on 2022/08/07 for a lunch.

These are the things I experienced in the restaurant.

Not at all good service. Totally unprofessional people.

When we entered in a restaurant, there was no one on the reception, nobody asked us whether we have booked a table or not. When we got the table, nobody came for first 10 minutes, didn't even ask about water. It was a lunch time.

Then I stopped one of the staff members, they asked me that do you need the barbeque sigree? (Well, this was new for me, I was like, this is what I'm here for.)

And someone's unfinished paneer's dish was kept open on the entrance, what was the paneer doing on the entrance? Was it welcoming us?

There were no nameplates near to the food.

Staff was not in the uniform, or was not even wearing the proper dresscode. Somebody wearing casual t-shirt and casual pants, came to us, and asked us, do you want, chicken chilly? Take this, and before saying yes or no, he served it and noone came to ask anything to us again.

And when I used washroom, someone just have smoked a cigarette overthere. It was full of cigarette's smoke.

And the main thing was food. What was that.. it literally had no taste.

It's not good. I was with my family, and this was the worst experience of your restaurant.

I'm not seeking any refund or anything from your restaurant, all I'm saying is, you need some serious explanation to do, and you really need to upgrade your service.

Please look into this. Do not take this negatively.

(This is not where the fun ends, judging by the reviews I observed that, they haven't changed themselves yet. Staff makes sure that nobody comes again over there again. I sent an email about my whole experience, all I received is the apology, not improvement.)

Today I was about to visit there, but before going there, I went through the reviews, changed my plan.

Visited this place few days ago with my friends. Its a cool place to hangout with friends and family . I really liked the vibe of tha place. In the buffet on the grill they served chicken tikka,prawns and fish. Personal I'm not a big fan of fish but I really liked the taste of this fish It was well maintained. Chicken was soft and taste was good. Soups was also good. They also served us different types of startes. Paneer pasanda tikka, chicken chilly, burnt garlic paneer chilly, rozila chicken kebab, chicken sukha, chicken bites. Every starter taste amazing. From all of this I really liked the chicken chilly it has this unique flavour to it and I also liked burnt garlic paneer you love garlic you will like this dish. Even the kebabs and chicken bites were amazing. In main course we had paneer lababdar chicken, chicken biryani and various types of rotis and naan main course was delicious special the birynai was amazing. To end with all in dessert we had shahi tukda and gulab jam both them...

Head chef came to our table and said give 5 star rating on google. This is not good thing. If customer happy he will give good review. Cost cutting in some Barbeque item. They given in menu fresh fruits but there is only Watermelon. Only Chicken chilli, gulabjam and main coarse is good. Very dry dry BBQ prawns no masala on that may be not fresh. Instead of mug dal halva there should be fruit custard, gajar halva or rabadi. Brownie was not frest no taste, it was frozen. There was dry cold roti, No fresh hot roti or choise of rotis options. There is given choise of ice cream but there is only strawberry and vanilla. No mango or butterscotch ice cream. And that ice cream is very foamy no weight no taste. Cost cutting. Not bad but ok ok. In billing we can understand Gst but why should we pay service charge??? It should be customers choise to pay service charge or not. There is 5% service...
