Hotel Bird Valley chinchwad — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to this restaurant was a major disappointment on all fronts.

Food: The food was utterly tasteless — bland, lacking any real flavor or seasoning. Even the basics were poorly done. To make it worse, everything arrived lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for a while. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent quality, but this was far from it.

Ambience: The ambience was just as underwhelming. The restaurant felt lifeless — no music, poor lighting, and absolutely no vibe or energy. It was awkwardly silent and dull, making the entire dining experience uncomfortable.

Value for Money: Completely overpriced for what was served. If you're going to charge premium prices, the food and atmosphere should reflect that — and sadly, they did not.

Overall: A forgettable experience. I wouldn't recommend this place unless major improvements are made. There are plenty of other spots that offer better food, better service, and a far better experience for the same...

Extremely bad experience for food taste quality and worst service.

Initially ordered soup and paneer rashmi kabab. Soup was served within 5mins,but forgotten kabab order to serve. As I asked about Kabab, they realized it that it was missing, then they served it exactly after 25min after receiving soup.

Meantime Waiter was preparing our table for main course before receiving the starter. As I asked about kabab, he apologized.

After having starter, main course was served (Paneer Mussalam and Naan). Paneer mussalam was served as cold. As It was prepared around 10-15mins before. They haven't even made it hot while serving. Before having our first round of roti, received rice as well. We yet to had our second round of roti.

It's really terrific service i got in this hotel.

Paneer mussalam was made spicy and kashmiri Pulav was not up to mark.

Didn't see any co-ordination between the placed order and received timing.

We have arranged a birthday party for my Daughter with limited Audience on which there are few additions at the last minute. I must say Hotel management is very cooperative and accommodated all guests without any hesitation. Buffett food served was delicious and this shared with me by all my guests. Guests enjoyed the Venue, Enjoyed the Menu and Service. At last there was a confusion that happened with the total number of guests arrived at the party. If We / Hotel staff have counted the people before starting the serving food the it would have been transparent to pay the bill at the end of party. There was little misunderstanding on number of guests which is resolved after talking to Manager. Manager is very cooperative and helped to resolve the issue. Myself and Our guest liked this place which is now a memorable event for us which we will remember forever.
